It was almost a year ago that Anne Hathaway and Adam Shulman announced their engagement.
And now 80-year-old legendary designer Valentino Garavini has revealed that he has personally made 'the dress' for The Princess Diaries star.

The revelation was made at the New York City Ballet Fall Gala, where the world-renowned talent was honoured for his cutting-edge designs both on and off the stage.
Valentino couldn't speak more highly of his friend, Anne, telling E! News "She's a very good friend of mine. She's like my daughter!"
"She's sensational. She's fantastic…She deserves what she has in this life."
Anne, who had just finished filming Les Miserables, wowed the crowds at the Gala in no less than another Valentino masterpiece, this time braving the carpet with a rather revealing floor-length floral gown with varying shades of rose and green.
However, it's safe to say that it won't be long before we see Anne in Valentino again with the designer's eager promise of a special one-off creation, which isn’t the only one that will adorn the actress on her big day.
Her fiancé Adam showed his artistic side when he created the $150,000 ring for his future wife in collaboration with Kwiat Heritage Jewels.
We cannot wait to see what Valentino has in mind for this leading lady as she walks down the aisle.
