Whitney Port invites former co-star Lauren Conrad to her wedding

A reunion of some of The Hills cast members may be on the cards, if Lauren Conrad is able to attend the wedding of her friend Whitney Port. The bride-to-be has invited Lauren to her nuptials, but she said that other past co-stars have not made the cut.

"Hopefully Lauren will make it," Whitney, 30, told Daily Mail Australia. "I'm sending the invites out soon, so we'll see [if she makes it]."

The fashion designer, who rose to fame at the same time as Lauren, is marrying her fiancé Tim Rosenman in the next few months.

"Seeing [Lauren Conrad] is always great, we have such an interesting and unique connection," said Whitney Port

Whitney and Lauren have remained good friends since their reality TV days, which saw them intern at Teen Vogue and work at Kelly Cutrone's PR firm, People's Revolution. Just last weekend the California beauties were reunited at a party to celebrate Taylor Swift's 1989 tour in Los Angeles.

"Seeing [Lauren] is always great, we have such an interesting and unique connection just because we went through this crazy thing together," said Whitney. "She's a great girl.

"I asked her when I saw her this weekend, I said, "Is it different being married? How does it feel?" And she's just like, "Honestly no. I feel I just found my guy, like I just found my partner and it's the best feeling."

Lauren married former musician and law school graduate William Tell in a romantic California wedding in September 2014. Whitney was unable to make the nuptials as she was in New York.

Whitney has not invited Brody Jenner (right) to the wedding

Despite admitting that she is "inviting a lot of people," Whitney said that former co-stars Olivia Palermo, Brody Jenner, and Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, who married in 2009, are not on the guest list, as she has not kept in touch with them.

It sounds like Whitney has also closed the door on her reality TV days. "[Lauren and I] are, like, settling down," she said. "I don't think we'd be able to produce the drama that everybody wanted from us."

Whitney announced her engagement to The City producer Tim in November 2013. The couple have been together since early 2012.
