Football star Freddie Ljungberg marries Natalie Foster

Freddie Ljungberg has married his long-term love Natalie Foster.The former Arsenal midfielder, 37, proudly shared his exciting news by posting various photos on Twitter and Instagram."Just married!" wrote Freddie, giving fans a glimpse into the next chapter of his life. The blushing bride is pictured tenderly placing a hand on her husband's chest as she beams out to the camera.

Freddie and Natalie, who met in 2007 when the athlete was playing for West Ham United, tied the knot at the Natural History Museum in London on Saturday.

The groom shared another photo of the newlyweds posing on the steps of the iconic landmark, and simply captioned it, "Me and my wife. "While the Calvin Klein underwear model looked dapper in a black suit and matching bow tie, Natalie, 26, stole the show in a strapless gown that featured an extravagant ruffled, tulle train.

The bride, who is the daughter of taxi tycoon Daryl Foster, accessorised with a simple, silver pendant necklace and drop earrings.

Freddie retired from the beautiful game in 2012, having scored 14 goals for his native Sweden throughout his career. Playing for Arsenal, Freddie made an impressive 46 goals and last year was given an ambassadorial role at the north London club.

Former footballers including ex-England captain Tony Adams were among the guests at the event.
