Seth hits Tinseltown with 'knock-out' film

22 MAY 2007

Lucky Vancouver-born funnyman Seth Rogen hit Hollywood's Mann Theater with both his on- and off-screen love interests for Monday night's gala premiere of his latest comedy Knocked Up, about a geeky guy who finds himself a dad-to-be. Gorgeous Grey's Anatomy actress Katherine Heigl, who plays career-focused Alison and has Seth's party-loving character's baby, made a glamorous appearance on the red carpet alongside the film's 25-year-old leading man.

The pretty blonde star wasn't the only stunner accompanying multi-talented Seth to the screening, however. Also attending were co-star Leslie Mann, who had his own beautiful leading lady - live-in girlfriend of two years Lauren Miller- on his arm for the evening. Support was also on hand from co-star Paul Rudd, who is well acquainted with Seth's qualities after appearing alongside him in The 40 Year Old Virgin.

"He really is like those characters he plays, and that's part of his appeal," said Paul. "He's just a dude. The only difference is he's got five movies coming out this year. He's a dude who knows what he's doing."

Fellow comedic genius Ben Stiller was also there for the preview of the romantic comedy which is already garnerning good reviews and is set for release in North American cinemas on June 1.
