US actress Denise Borino-Quinn passed away on Wednesday after a long battle with liver cancer.
Quite the accidental actress, Denise won the role of Ginny – a mafia wife – in an open casting call in 2000, beating 14,000 other hopefuls.
Sadly, the star's husband died earlier this year.
Denise worked as a legal secretary in New Brunswick when not filming for the show.
The Sopranos was first released in 1999, and followed the lives of a dysfunctional mob family.
The popular series came to an end in 2007.
