The Material Girl was simply dazzling in a teal-hued silk Stella McCartney gown embroidered with delicate sequin stars.
With her blonde hair falling over her shoulders in soft waves, and her lips scarlet red, the 52-year-old was a Twenties goddess.
The look was a resounding success with commentators, who weren't bowled over by her in previous years.
Her Eighties-inspired 2009 ensemble was the outfit that really raised eyebrows.
Put together by Louis Vuitton, it featured a turquoise ruched mini-dress, knee high black boots and a hair-piece tied around a top knot that some said resembled bunny ears.
