Kate Hudson has said she worried how falling pregnant after just two months would affect her relationship with Muse frontman Matt Bellamy.
The Reluctant Fundamentalist star - who is also mother to nine-year-old son Ryder from her previous marriage to rocker Chris Robinson - had only just begun dating Matt when she discovered she was pregnant with their son Bingham.
Kate told Elle UK magazine: "I knew it would take a strong man to deal with it. You know that with a relationship, things can go either way when you have a child."
She continued: "When you get pregnant everything changes; you, your body. Everything becomes a big decision. But he was there and that was that. Now it's three wonderful years later. Things happen for a reason."
