After a year of mentoring with Michelin-starred chef Heston Blumenthal, Simon Hulstone has created menus inspired by the Olympic Games to be served to over three million British Airways customers during the event.
Simon said: "It’s an honour to have created a menu that millions of people will experience during the Games - I can’t think of a better platform to showcase British cuisine."
In honour of the Games, particular emphasis is on ingredients from London, including locally sourced salmon and hake, and sugar from East London.
