Kate Winslet's husband Ned RocknRoll has won the fight to stop the tabloid press printing photos of him at a fancy dress party with an "ourageous" theme.
Ned RocknRoll, 34, said that the photographs The Sun had procured were not of public interest, especially considering they had been taken more than two years ago.
Sir Richard Branson's nephew also insisted that he was a "relative nobody" prior to his relationship with actress Kate, and is not considered to be a role model.
High Court lawyers insisted that the publication of the photos would be a breach of privacy and could lead to Titanic star Kate's children being bullied. Mr Justice Briggs ruled in favour of Ned, and said that he would disclose his reasons for doing so at a later date.
