Leona Lewis' cousin sentenced to six years over robbery

Adrian Henry, a cousin of X Factor winner Leona Lewis, has been sentenced to six years in prison after he allegedly assaulted a family and stole from their home in April.

The 27-year-old, who has a previous conviction, was found hiding in bushes after police were called to the scene of a violent robbery in Islington.

Two fellow culprits, Allan Agum, 27, and Jouleuz Dionaldo, 28, also received the six-year sentence.

Chart-topping Leona, who is about to released he second album, has spoken in the past about her problematic family members.

"There are bad people in my family, but we didn’t really mix with them," she said.

"Bad things have happened and I guess if you grow up like that it’s not so hard to make the wrong choices."
