'Rehab saved my life,' says Robbie Williams

'Rehab saved my life,' says Robbie Williams

Robbie Williams has revealed he believes he would have died without rehab.

The 35-year-old singer says he was "on the way out" two years ago after becoming addicted to painkillers and sleeping pills.

He feared he would have a heart attack.

"There was a lot of awful stuff going on," says the star. "I found myself in the same place I've found myself periodically since I was 17."

On his 33rd birthday, Robbie checked himself into an Arizona clinic to battle his demons.

And now, as he prepares to release his comeback album Reality Killed the Video Star, he tells men's mag GQ that he's doing "really good".

A Take That reunion is also definitely on the cards, he says "but not in the next two years".
