A blonde woman has reportedly been rushed to hospital from Tiger Woods' Florida home.
While a radio log revealed the initial report, Health Central Hospital's emergency room told Fox News the woman has now been released.
No other details have been given out and the identity of the woman has not been confirmed.
Witnesses later reported a younger blonde woman arriving at the hospital soon after the ambulance, looked similar to the golfing legend's wife, Elin Nordegren.
The incident comes 11 days after Tiger crashed his car into a tree and fire hydrant.
The sportsman has since been making headlines after several women claimed to be romantically involved with the father-of-two.
