Charlie Sheen has spoken out for the first time about the New York hotel incident which raised fears for the actor.
Police were called to his room in the Plaza Hotel two weeks ago in the early hours of the morning after receiving a call from a woman who said he was shouting and throwing furniture.
The star, who was taken to hospital, has dismissed the trouble as "one bad night."
The Two and a Half Men actor told TV show Extra: "If a guy has one bad night, everybody goes insane and panics.
"I'm not panicking," he said, adding: "Everything's good."
