Prince Charles revealed as a Burnley FC fan
Premier League newcomers Burnley have a high profile supporter - in the form of Prince Charles.
The heir to the throne was apparently over the moon when the team beat Manchester United, but was disappointed when they were defeated by Portsmouth on Saturday.
A Clarence House spokesman confirmed: "His Royal Highness has been closely following the success of Burnley FC."
But supporting Burnley may lead to some rivalry in the royal family. Prince William is a keen Aston Villa supporter while Harry is a fan of Arsenal.
