It seems there's no end to the talents of Hollywood actress Nicole Kidman.
The Australian beauty is possibly facing her biggest challenge to date as she prepares for her next role in the film version of David Ebershoff's novel, The Danish Girl.
Nicole plans to get in touch with her masculine side and portray the husband of a painter named Greta - played by Gwyneth Paltrow. Nicole's character starts out as a man who undergoes a sex change operation.
The Danish Girl is a fictionalised account of Lili Elbe - the world's first transsexual from the 1930s.
