Rizzle Kicks set up work placement scheme

Tuesday June 11, 2013

Hip hop duo Rizzle Kicks are offering work placements to up to 150 young people who will be recruited to work on their new video.

The group - whose hits include Mama Do The Hump - will be offering places to 16-to-24-year-olds, aiming to give them the break they need to get into the workplace.

The chart duo decided to team up with work experience initiative GoThinkBig to give young recruits a chance to work on the promo for new single Lost Generation.

They can help out with many parts of the production process, including as stage hands, make-up artists, extras and along with the camera crew.

Jordan Stephens of the group said: "We want to give kids the kind of break we got.

"There are so many talented young people across the UK who all too often don't get the chance to prove themselves in a real work environment."
