Julia Roberts presented an award to George Clooney over the weekend, barefoot.
The actress decided to go without shoes to give her "great friend" the Stanley Kubrik Award at the BAFTA Britannia Awards in Beverly Hills Saturday.
Wearing a black mini dress with three-quartered sleeves the 46-year-old actress joked "There are two obvious reasons why I was chosen to do this. One, Brad Pitt was out of town. Two, Matt Damon, he's in town, but he was unavailable."
Joking aside Julia told the audience that her friend was an "exemplary humanitarian" and "truly deserved this award".
The two have been friends for years and have starred alongside each other in many films.
