Wittelsbach diamond sells for record-breaking £16.4m
Although he paid £16.4m for the blue gem historically related to European royals, Bond Street jeweller Lawrence Graff says he got a bargain. "If there had been no credit crunch this diamond might have sold for over £50 million"
