The house where David Beckham lived as a baby has been removed from a list of auction lots after failing to reailse its guide price of £215,000. The current owner of 155 Norman Road, Leytontone in East London had hoped the association with Becks could drive the value of the property up to £500,000.
An earlier attempt to sell the three-bedroom Victorian house for £850,000 had attracted no interest.
Footie ace David spent the first two years of his life at the house after being born at nearby Whips Cross hospital. He and his wife Victoria Beckham now own multi-million pound homes in Hertfordshire and Beverly Hills
