Taylor Swift wins sixth Nashville Songwriting Award

Taylor Swift has become the first person ever to win the Nashville Songwriters Association International's Songwriter/Artist of the Year for the sixth time.

Twenty-three-year-old Taylor is the youngest person ever to win this award.

The country music singer looked stunning in a silver sequined dress and matching high heels to pick up her trophy in Nashville on Sunday.

Since signing with Big Machine records in 2008 the Trouble singer has tallied up over 200 accolades including 12 Billboard Music awards and seven gongs from the Academy of Country Music.
