Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell, Georgia Jagger and Lily Cole are all set to walk the catwalk at the 2012 Olympic Games' Closing Ceremony on August 12 as part of a model's parade.
UK designers Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen and Vivienne Westwood are to be represented by the models to the soundtrack of David Bowie's songs Fashion and Rebel Rebel.
Live music is also to feature in the ceremony as a whole host of artists including Take That, One Direction, Madness, Pet Shop Boys, Queen, Ed Sheeran, Elbow, Kaiser Chiefs, The Clash, Tinie Tempah, George Michael, Emeli Sande and Jessie J are expected to perform.
Comedian Russel Brand is also reportedly involved in this musical showcase, singing a rendition of The Sex Pistols' 1977 hit Pretty Vacant with British comedians Dawn French and Jennifer Saunders.
While details have yet to be confirmed, the ceremony's creative director Kim Gavin has said: "It will be an elegant mash-up of British music. We want to create a fabulous, emotional experience, something people remember for years to come."
