BBC offers Strictly Come Dancing voters a refund
After a flaw in the voting system resulted in Tom (pictured), Rachel and Lisa all being given the chance to compete in the dancing show's finale, the broadcaster has decided to offer unhappy viewers a refund on their calls if they request it
