David Bowie spotted in rare New York sighting
Music icon David Bowie has been spotted on a rare public outing in New York.
Since suffering a heart attack in 2004, the singer has kept out of the spotlight and resides in a Lower Manhattan apartment with ex-model wife Iman and daughter Lexi.
Pictured looking casual in a hooded top and jeans, the singer's appearance was a far cry from his eye-catching tour outfits.
David has been back in the spotlight recently after giving the V&A the go ahead to showcase his outfits, lyrics and artwork in an exhibition entitled David Bowie is.
The show will run from March 23 to July 28.
