Cheryl Cole's dancer joining Strictly to be with her
Cheryl Cole's dancing friend Derek Hough is reportedly "incredibly keen" to join Strictly Come Dancing this autumn so he will be able to spend more time with the 28-year-old.
The handsome blond - currently based in Los Angeles and appearing in Dancing with the Stars as the partner of Nicole Scherzinger - was seen comforting the Girls Aloud beauty following her split from husband Ashley.
The move will mean the friendly pair will be going head-to-head in the ratings battle as the annual Strictly versus X Factor schedule clash commences.
