Mel Gibson, now free of ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva's domestic abuse charges, appears to have a new flame.

Stella Mouzi, 25, is a Greek-born gothic model currently staying in the US on a visitor's visa.

The two have been spotted in several restaurants around the LA area and according to TMZ, Stella was recently seen visiting Mel's Malibu home for a barbecue.

While the Braveheart star has been making an effort to spend time with his twenty-month-old daughter, he is still in the midst of a bitter court battle with Oksana for custody of the child.

Mel also has seven children with ex-wife Robyn Gibson.

Stella is currently looking into staying in the country longer - many suspect so that she may spend more time with her new beau.
