Lindsay Lohan headed for the West End

Lindsay Lohan has revealed that she may make her stage debut in the West End this November.

The Hollywood star has reportedly been in London for several months preparing for the David Mamet play Speed-The-Plow, which satirises the Hollywood film industry.

The American playwright is a Pulitzer Prize winner and Speed-The-Plow first played in 1988 starring Madonna as Karen, a failing actress and naive secretary to a Hollywood producer who becomes part of the industry's manipulative system.

"It’s the first time I’ve done a stage play or anything like that. I’m nervous but I’m excited", Lindsay told the New York Times.

The Mean Girls actress is now looking for a home in London.
