Dan Stevens, who plays Matthew Crawley in ITV's hit drama Downton Abbey, has revealed that he has become a father again.
Speaking to the Telegraph, Dan said that his wife had given birth to the couple's second child.
The 29-year-old said: “Baby two has now arrived — it’s a boy — and we are of course delighted,”
Dan and his wife, jazz singer Suzie Hariet, already have two-year-old daughter Willow, but have yet to reveal the name of their son.
The new arrival has come as Dan plans to set off for Broadway in a few weeks, as he takes up his role in The Heiress.
The actor said that the trip is a family affair and so preparations are being made to fly the latest member to New York.
Dan can soon be seen in the latest series of Downton Abbey and later in The Heiress, which opens on Broadway in November.
