He's continuously discussing how unconvinced he is at being labelled a Hollywood hottie.
But it seems down-to-earth Robert Pattinson is finally coming round to the idea of being a sex symbol.
The actor, who shows off his body in the latest Twilight Saga film, says: "This is the first time I've ever been proud of my physical appearance."
He has also revealed that he nearly chose a different career path.
"Literally, the day before I did this audition I was going to quit acting because I'd never got any jobs. It's incredible," he says.
