Duchess of York's ranch pristine despite cash worries

She has promised to hand down her late mother Susie's Argentine ranch to daughters Beatrice and Eugenie.

But when reports began to circulate of the Duchess of York's financial problems earlier this month, there were fears she may not be able to afford the upkeep, or even have to sell the property.

Happily, all is well at ranch El Pucara, say reports. A recent visitor told the Daily Mail that the property is pristine, the polo lawns neatly manicured and everywhere smells of fresh paint.

"It's being looked after and the bills paid. In fact it's in better condition than when the Duchess last stayed," says a source.
