Margaret Thatcher to leave London hospital at the weekend

Baroness Thatcher is expected to leave the hospital where she has been recovering from a broken arm this weekend.

Her personal secretary said the former British prime minister is feeling "much, much better" and that she anticipated the 83-year-old would be discharged from the capital's Chelsea and Westminster Hospital on Sunday. 

Mrs Margaret was admitted to the medical centre after fracturing her upper arm following a fall in her London home on June 12. She has had a pin inserted to help with the healing process.
