Kim Kardashian backs out of cosmetic surgery
She may be one of the most popular women in showbusiness this year, but it seems Kim Kardashian believes she has her flaws.
The US reality star has revealed she was tempted by cosmetic surgery to fix what she calls her "worst feature".
"What's funny is about my nose, it's my biggest insecurity," says Kim.
"I always want to get my nose done. ... I went to a doctor, I had them take the pictures, he showed me what it would look like and it just didn't...I wouldn't look the same."
