Blake Lively debuts new hair colour at 'Time 100' gala
Blake Lively took advantage of Tuesday night's Time 100 gala to showcase her new red locks.
The Gossip Girl actress turned up at the event in a stunning aqua-coloured gown that perfectly complemented her fiery hair.
The 23-year-old has joined the likes of Michelle Obama, Colin Firth and Justin Bieber, making it onto the list this year.
Director Baz Luhrmann was full of praise for the star: "She makes you feel that she, and life, are going to go on forever."
