'I love Bath,' says Nicolas Cage as he lights up city
As a jet-setting Hollywood actor he's seen a fair bit of the world.
There's one city that holds a special place in Nicolas Cage's heart though, as this week told of his love for Bath.
In the spa-town to turn on its Christmas lights, the actor - who has previously bought two properties in the city - attracted a crowd of thousands on Thursday night.
"I love Bath. I am happy in Bath," he said.
“It is the most beautiful city in the world.”
Although the actor decided to sell his two Bath properties earlier this year, he is keeping one he owns in nearby Glastonbury.
