Screen superhero Hugh Jackman, seen here arriving in style at an Arizona screening, won't be packing his bags for Mexico this week as expected.
Wednesday's planned opening of X-Men Origins: Wolverine has been postponed because the country is on high alert over an outbreak of swine flu.
"We were not only concerned about Hugh's welfare – and we would never send anyone into harm's way – but we also have an enormous office filled with people we care about," explained a representative from Twentieth Century Fox.
Authorities in Mexico City have told residents to stay home, while schools and cinemas are among the establishments off limits to members of the public.
