Jazz singer Jamie Cullum is back in business with a brand new album - Interlude - featuring Grammy Award-winning jazz vocalist Gregory Porter and Laura Mvula.
Interlude consist of 13 tracks including the lead single: Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood. While the full album will be released on 6 October, the single will be out on 1 September.
In honour of the anticipated release, the 35-year-old charmer will tour Europe until late October before taking on Hong Kong in November.
The Interlude Jazz Tour will kick off at London, Soho's iconic Ronnie Scott's bar on the 17 and 18 of September, followed by gigs in countries such as Germany, Sweden, Belgium and Turkey.
Jamie – who is UK's best-selling jazz artist - has previously been heard guesting on albums by Labrinth, Rizzle Kicks, Birdy and alternative hip hop supergroup Deltron 3030.
"We wanted to make records like they used to. And I think we’ve done that," Jamie said about his new album which was all recorded in one room featuring tracks cribbed from the earliest days of jazz.
