Jennifer Capriati recovering from accidental overdose
Former tennis ace Jennifer Capriati is recuperating after accidentally overdosing on medicine prescribed by her personal physician, her family's spokesperson has revealed.
On Sunday morning the 34-year-old was rushed to a south Florida hospital, where she remained until Monday.
Jennifer is expected to make a full recovery, the spokesperson added.
After rising to fame as a young teenager, the Olympic gold medalist was sidetracked by personal and legal problems in the mid-Nineties.
She eventually made her return to tennis, though, winning a Grand Slam title in 2001.
