Viola Davis and 'The Help' clean up at SAG Awards

The 2012 Screen Actors Guild Awards belonged to Viola Davis and her film, The Help.

The ecstatic actress was given the nod ahead of Meryl Streep for best leading lady while the picture also triumphed in two other categories including best cast and a supporting actress award for Octavia Spencer.

Taking to the stage, a proud Viola instructed fans to "dream big and dream fierce".

She also said African-American actress Cicely Tyson, who was in the audience, had inspired her in her career.

The cast members provided some of the night's most memorable moments as their shocked and ecstatic reactions lit up the stage.
