3 JULY 2003
There seems to be no end to David Beckham's winning ways, after he topped hellomagazine.com's poll to find the best celebrity dad.

Thousands of you logged on to vote for your favourite famous father, and Becks was the clear victor with more than one-third of voters choosing him as number one. The England skipper scored twice as many votes as his runner-up, Irish hunk Pierce Brosnan. The 007 star may be indomitable when he's playing James Bond, but Becks seems to have topped him in the role of father.

David will be using all his parenting skills to help Brooklyn and Romeo adapt to a new life as the Beckham family sets up home in Spain. The 28-year-old will soon be setting out to prove himself with new club Real Madrid.

Other big vote-winners were actor Will Smith, future king Prince Charles and Hollywood hardman Bruce Willis. The surprise loser was Prime Minister Tony Blair, who garnered just 61 votes, despite managing to raise four children while also running the country.
