PARIS AND KATE TURN OUT TO SUPPORT THE NEW PRINCE OF POP

14 AUGUST 2006

Justin Timberlake proved he has no shortage of A-list fans when blonde bombshells Paris Hilton and Kate Bosworth dropped by at his recent SexyBack gig in West Hollywood. The hotel heiress might have been picking up a few tips from the talented former 'N Sync singer as she is currently launching her own music career.

Paris joined the stunning Superman Returns actress at the House of Blues club on Sunset Strip where Justin, 25, was performing his new single SexyBack from his latest album FutureSex/LoveSounds - which, he says, is influenced by David Bowie and Prince.

Simple Life star Paris, who wore a daringly low-cut dress, is also promoting her first foray into the pop world with her summer hit single, the reggae-inspired Stars Are Blind. The track is one of 11 on her self-titled album which she helped co-write.

Hunky Justin, meanwhile, has been making surprising revelations about his family tree. Cameron Diaz's boyfriend of three years apparently has his ancestral roots in Britain. "I've had my genealogy studied and I want to say that I am of British descent," the heart-throb told GMTV presenter Kate Garraway. "I grew up in a small town," added the Tennessee-born singer, whose father is a choir director at a Baptist church. "If I showed you where I lived you'd really think I'd come a long way."
