She went on I'm Celebrity… for some "peace and quiet".  But things just haven't worked out that way for Katie Price.

The brunette model hasn't had a moment's rest. After being chosen for three of the show's grisly bushtucker trials by the British public, she's at the end of her tether, and is ready to quit the jungle.

"I'm absolutely ready to leave camp. I've had enough," she said on Thursday night's show.

"I miss my children. I'm hungry, I want a nice bed and I don't want to have to put myself through these horrible challenges. I don't like it."

The mum-of-three added: "I think the public want to give me a bad time. You can't take it personally though it's hard not to."

Back in Britian, Katie's mum Amy said she'd warned her daughter viewers would give her a rough ride.

"It's very painful but we told her, 'You know you're going to get every trial," she said.

Amy thinks her daughter is being "punished" by the public because of her high profile divorce and her new boyfriend. "They're taking out their spite on her," she complained.
