Spanish-born top model Eugenia Silva is sophisticated, elegant and always on the move. Whether in New York, Milan or London, there’s no doubt that HELLO! She’s worked with the best in the business, on the catwalk for labels such as Versace, Dior and Prada, and in front of the lenses of snappers Mario Testino, David Bailey and Bruce Weber.
The multi-faceted beauty, who has a law degree, has a grounded approach to life which also applies to her style. “I’m not very impulsive – I have a lot of classic timeless pieces,” she says. “A wool Isabel Marant coat that I wear each winter; a leather Armani trench; Hermès and Balenciaga bags; and Loro Piana cashmere jumpers – some of which are even a bit holey by now, but are still soft and wonderful.” Originally from Madrid, Eugenia is as happy on her farm back home in Spain or behind the bar at her restaurant on the island of Formentera as she is living the glamorous life in Madrid or NYC.
Speaking to HELLO! she explains, “when I’m in Formentera I live with the basics – no internet, no mobile. It makes you realise what’s really important. I’m very fortunate to be able to enjoy everything in just the right amount, and always knowing how to go back to reality.” The striking 36-year-old brunette is the latest celebrity to join HELLO! with her new blog 'All about Eu', which launches on November 14.
