Kelly Osbourne shows off her sparkling engagement ring

22 JULY 2013 It's been one week since Kelly Osbourne announced the happy news to HELLO! that she was engaged to Matthew Mosshart — so it's understandable that she wants to keep her nails looking their very best.

The Fashion Police star put her beautiful new diamond engagement ring centre stage as she posted a picture of her new silver manicure at the weekend.

It seems the nail bar outing was a father-daughter affair; one picture posted by Kelly shows off both her manicure, and also dad Ozzy's, who had decided to have his nails pointed black with gold crosses painted on them.

"My dad got his nails done too! Look how cool they look!" Kelly wrote alongside the image.

Speaking exclusively to HELLO! earlier this month, the bride-to-be revealed that her diamond engagement ring had been created to resemble a piece of her Ozzy's jewellery.

"I designed it to look like an earring that my father wore," Kelly said. "I used to hold my finger up to his ear when I was little and say, 'I want a ring like that.' Now I have one!"

Kelly, 28, and Matthew first met at the 2011 wedding of Kate Moss and Jamie Hince — Matthew's sister Alison is Jamie's bandmate — and the vegan chef went down on one knee during an idyllic holiday in Anguilla.

"We were on a balcony that overlooks the ocean. It was just beautiful, "Matthew told HELLO!. "She said yes! And then she smiled for the rest of the night."

Matthew added, "I knew she was 'The One' pretty early on."

His future wife said, "I've never felt this close to another human being, ever. People say we're co-dependent but we just want to be together all the time."
