Flashback snaps of young Peter Andre mark Throwback Thursday

07 MARCH 2014 Peter Andre has shared a youthful snap of himself on Twitter in honour of Throwback Thursday.

In the retro photograph, an adorably young Peter is dressed in a white tuxedo and lilac bow tie, with a matching sash around his waist. His apparent date smiles next to him in a lilac dress and white sash. The pair look like they're ready to head to the prom.

"Cutey bum wasn't you", teased Melissa Gissing, who posted the picture, to which he replied, "Haha I remember this. My bro wrote the song LIZA about her".

As his followers cooed over the 80s snap, the new dad decided to share some more up-to-date news. "Look what I got to do today :))) #disneyonice" wrote Peter, 40.

Another caption followed shortly after - "Lucky me :))" – alongside a photograph of Peter on the ice surrounded by Minnie and Mickey, Donald Duck and Goofy.

And it looks like the TV personality, who recently welcomed his baby daughter Amelia with his fiancée Emily MacDonagh, is getting into shape.

"It's that time of the year again Gotta get ready for the calendar," he tweeted, with a pic of himself with no top on and showing off his toned washboard abs.

Peter recently spoke about his wife-to-be and their little newborn daughter.

"Emily's fantastic," Peter told Scott Mills on BBC Radio 1 in February. "She's great. She's feeling good and the baby's beautiful."

The couple struggled to choose a name for their firstborn. They started off by calling Amelia "baby" and then tried out "Rose," but it didn't fit. With the help of Peter’s two children from his previous marriage, Junior and Princess, they finally chose their favourite moniker for their new daughter.

"Ok FINALLY we have a name for our beaut of a baby girl," wrote Peter on his Twitter page and official website. "Ems, J, P and I have decided on Amelia :)))) So lovely fans before you read it anywhere else here it is. Love ya :)."
