Britney Spears’ youngest sister made her acting debut in her older sister’s film Crossroads.  She later went on to become a regular on the children’s channel Nickelodeon before being given her own show, Zoey 101.

In 2008, Jamie-Lynn announced she was pregnant, and later gave birth to her daughter Maddie, aged 5, in June 2008. Her Nickelodeon show was cancelled amid the controversy and Jamie-Lynn moved back to Nashville to raise her daughter.

Jamie-Lynn met Jamie Watson, a communications services manager, who proposed to her in March 2013, and a year later Jamie-Lynn and Jamie married in a Louisiana wedding ceremony.

The wedding was a private affair which took place in the tea room at Audubon Tea Room in New Orleans, however photos were soon released showing off Jamie-Lynn’s stunning fishtail gown which featured floral lace detailing and a V-cut neck.

Jamie-Lynn, who has recently been performing original country material, and dueted with Britney on the pop star’s latest album, headed to her all-time favourite bakery The Cocoa Bean to commission the cake.

Shop owner Anthony Delpidio was tasked with creating the five-tiered masterpiece. Jamie Lynn chose a traditional vanilla, almond and vanilla-bean buttercream cake, which took eight hours to make.
