David Beckham and Simon Fuller mix business with pleasure at Miami dinner meeting

08 MAY 2014

The Spice Girls may not be reuniting any time soon but their former manager is still very much in Posh Spice's life.

Victoria Beckham’s husband David Beckham was pictured at Seasalt and Pepper in Miami, Florida where his wife's former band manager and their current joint manager, Simon Fuller, was also dining.

The 39-year-old was seen smiling as he enjoyed a good meal, surrounded by fellow guests at a table and the British footballer showed off his tattooed arms as he wore a dark T-shirt and black jeans with a chain embellishment.

David was seen outside the eatery with an entourage, and while he didn’t pose for pictures with Simon, the pair no doubt discussed a little business while they were inside.

David is presumably in town for work with his new MLS team which Simon is also a partner in. The 53-year-old is well-known for his involvement with the Pop Idol, American Idol and So You Think You Can Dance franchises.

The Seasalt and Pepper brasserie – which opened in January - looks over the Miami River and offers seating for 200 in a post-industrial warehouse. The place has several private dining areas where up to 150 guests can eat at corporate events or small parties.

Meanwhile the menu features items from wood-burning ovens which will deliver roasted and flavoured seafood and vegetables casseroles, plus Grass Fed Ribeye Steak and Veal Chop. David and Simon socialised with owners Carlos Miranda and Maryam Miranda as they offered up a selection of pastas and risottos.

Prior to arriving in Miami, the sportsman attended the Met Ball with his spouse Victoria. They both graced the red carpet wearing white ensembles and wowed the New York crowds.
