Romeo and Cruz Beckham join Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton and Mel C for Grand Prix day out

Geri Halliwell and Emma Bunton proved their friendship never ends when they enjoyed a family day out at the Grand Prix on Sunday. The former Spice Girls were joined by Geri's daughter Bluebell and Emma's eldest son Beau, along with bandmate Victoria Beckham's sons Romeo and Cruz at Silverstone.

The group appeared to be having a great time as they explored the site wearing Red Bull tops, before getting the opportunity to meet the Red Bull racing team and shake hands with the Formula One drivers.

They were later joined by Mel C, who posed with her former bandmates and Geri's husband Christian Horner for photos. The Formula One boss tied the knot with Geri in May, and is believed to have arranged the group's access all areas day out at the championship, which was won by Lewis Hamilton.

Geri, Emma and Mel appeared to be enjoying their mini Spice Girls reunion and posed for selfies together next to the track. Newly married Geri later retweeted a photo shared by Red Bull Racing on Twitter which read: "Great to see some familiar faces spicing up the excitement in the garage pre race! #BritishGP #F1".

The trio were last seen together at Isle of Wight festival in June, causing excitement amongst fans when they shared photos from their reunion.

The former Spice Girls met up with their bandmate Mel C

"Great to see @EmmaBunton @MelanieCmusic Isle of Wight," Geri tweeted alongside a photo of the three of them smiling together.

Despite being busy with their own families and careers, the group appear to be as close as ever almost 20 years after their rise to fame with the Spice Girls, and often send sweet messages to one another on social media to mark birthdays and special occasions.

While Mel B, Mel C and Victoria were all unable to attend Geri's wedding in May due to prior commitments, the trio all sent messages of support to the bride, with Victoria sending "love and happiness" to her friend with a touching throwback Instagram tribute.
