Victoria Beckham enjoyed some mother-daughter time with Harper on Thursday. The fashion designer, who is in Los Angeles during the half term holidays, took the four-year-old for a day out horse riding.

The 41-year-old shared a sweet photo of Harper dressed in her riding gear and sat on a pony facing away from the camera. The youngster wore a helmet and had her long hair tied back into a plait.

"Fun day riding in the sunshine with Harper x #mylittlepony x vb," Victoria captioned the image.

The family are in California while the children have time off school and appear to be enjoying their time in the States judging by their social media posts. While Victoria and Harper had an active day out together, David Beckham made the most of the warm weather by enjoying a spot of sunbathing.

Victoria snapped a shirtless picture of her husband relaxing in the sun, which she later shared with her 7.4 million Instagram followers. "Happy Friday x kisses from Los Angeles x vb," she wrote.

The mum-of-four also shared a photo of husband David sunbathing

The 40-year-old had joined his wife for an exercise class earlier in the week, with the pair pictured leaving their favourite SoulCycle workout in gym gear, sunglasses and baseball caps.

Mother-of-four Victoria always makes time for her daughter and "best friend" Harper. However she recently revealed that the youngster gave her some news that felt like a "dagger through the heart" after telling her she wants "to play football", rather than pursuing fashion as she'd hoped.

"She loves fashion, you know, as little girls do… but she loves sports," Victoria told Good Morning America in September. "She said to me the other day, 'Mummy, I think I want to play football'.

"Dagger through the heart!" Victoria joked. "I have three boys that want to play football. You know, come on, let one of them want to be into fashion or dance."
