Harry Judd taught his daughter Lola how to play the drums

Harry, 30, was referring to his recent neck injury, which meant that he and his fellow band members Tom Fletcher, Danny Jones and Dougie Poynter were forced to postpone their Anthology tour.

McFly were due to reunite for their first live tour dates since 2013 in June, but the tour's start date has been pushed back to 12 September.

Harry wrote on Instagram: "I'm absolutely gutted to say that we've had to postpone the tour as I've herniated a disc in my neck. I've honestly tried everything to make it work but I'd never want to do a tour where I wouldn't be able to give you guys the 110% performance you deserve every night."

He added: "I'm gunna do all the rehab possible to get myself ready to do the most epic shows we've ever put on!"

The drummer and his wife Izzy welcomed their first child in January

Meanwhile, Harry has been revelling in his new role of fatherhood. He and his wife Izzy welcomed their first child at the end of January, and introduced their daughter exclusively in HELLO!.

"You are just floating in a cloud of love," said Harry. "It's amazing. Our wedding day was the best day of my life and this was a similar feeling but times ten. Being a dad just feels right. It feels quite natural. It is the best thing ever."

He added of his violinist wife: "I've never been so in love and proud of Izzy. To see your wife going through all that for the greater good, doing it for us and our family, it's just incredible."
