'Tee'-rrific night of entertainment as Wales' finest congregate for Ryder Cup

Cardiff took centre-stage on Wednesday as an array of Welsh celebrities returned to their homeland to celebrate the start of the Ryder Cup.

Prince Charles cracked jokes with singer Katherine Jenkins and charmed the golfers' wives and girlfriends.

Guests attending the inaugural concert at the Millenium Stadium were entertained by singing superstars Dame Shirley Bassey, Katherine Jenkins and Hollywood A-listers Catherine Zeta-Jones and Ioan Gruffudd.
