Speaking to HELLO! in 2009, Ricky Martin told of his joyous experiences with his one-year-old twins Matteo and Valentino, born through a surrogate mother the year before.

The singer said: "I'm so happy. Everything they do, from smiling to crying, feels like a blessing. This has been the most spiritual moment in my life."
